Orders
Menu Orders
Menu orders should be placed at least five (5) days in advance and require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve the order and delivery/pickup date. The balance must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery date.
Custom Cake Orders
Custom orders must be placed at least 14 days in advance and require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the order and delivery/pickup date. The balance of the custom order must be paid in full within 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery date.
Pickup & Delivery
Pickup and delivery arrangements will be confirmed after the deposit is received. Orders not picked up at the scheduled pickup time will be charged a $10.00 late fee every 30 minutes for up to two (2) hours. Orders left overnight will incur a $20.00 storage fee in addition to the late fee. Order pickup can be scheduled during the following timeframes (excluding holidays):
Monday – Friday from 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Saturday from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds
In the instance that you experience an issue with your menu order, please contact us at: hello@anitassweettreats.com within five (5) days of the original purchase and include the original proof of purchase. Each issue is handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an exchange or gift voucher. A member of our team will be in touch within three (3) business days (excluding weekends and holidays) with the next steps. See “Special Orders” for specific details regarding custom orders.
Special Orders
Please note that cake taste is subjective and can vary from person to person. While we make every effort to ensure the quality of our cakes/cupcakes, we understand that individual preferences may differ. If for any reason you feel that the cake/cupcakes you have received are not up to your expectations, we kindly ask that you bring back the entire cake/cupcakes within 24 hours of receiving them. We will then evaluate the quality and make a determination.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any changes to the cake/cupcakes after they have left our possession, such as improper storage or handling.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to: hello@anitassweettreats.com. Order cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled pickup/delivery date. All monies minus the 50% non-refundable deposit will be returned within 14 business days. A gift voucher, minus the 50% non-refundable deposit, will be issued for cancellations between three (3) to five (5) days prior to the scheduled pick-up/delivery date. Cancellations made less than three (days) prior to the scheduled pickup/delivery date will result in the forfeit of all monies paid.
Event & Wedding Cancellations
Cancellations for event and wedding orders must be submitted in writing via email to: hello@anitassweettreats.com. 50% of the balance paid, minus the deposit fee will be refunded if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the event date. Orders canceled less than 30 days before the event date are not subject to a refund.
Discretionary Cancellation
In the event Anita’s Sweet Treats, LLC determines, in its sole discretion, cannot or will not perform its obligations under this Contract due to circumstances including, but not limited to, injury, illness, death of a family member, or other personal emergencies, it will: (i) Notify Client immediately, (ii) provide a reasonable refund or credit, and (iii) exclude Client of any other payment obligation.
